Byron, was a captain of the 2002 University of Maryland National Champion team. Byron helped lead the Terrapins to the first National Championship in the history of the university. Just as he was dedicated to the Terrapins, he is dedicated to developing young student athletes both on and off the court. “It doesn't matter how hard you are working, you are not working hard enough," says Byron.
